Description
A perfect snack and treat for your afternoon snack or lunch. It’s easy and quick to put together and will be enjoyed by one and all.

- 500g self-raising flour
- 100g butter OR Stork Bake
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- ±2 cups Double Cream (medium fat) plain yogurt OR full cream plain yogurt
Instructions
- Mix the flour, salt, and parsley until blended.
- Rub the butter into dry ingredients and form a dough with yogurt.
- Cut the dough into 12 Balls.
- Flatten with hand on a greased baking tray and bake in 180C / 350F in a preheated oven for ±15 minutes.
- When cold slice it through the center and fill with any filling of your choice and you can also add some lovely and healthy salad with your filling.
- Filling:
- Cooked Chicken, shredded and mixed with spices and mayonnaise to your liking.
- Pile up high with sliced tomato and lettuce.
