A perfect snack and treat for your afternoon snack or lunch. It's easy and quick to put together and will be enjoyed by one and all.
- 500g self-raising flour
- 100g butter OR Stork Bake
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- ±2 cups Double Cream (medium fat) plain yogurt OR full cream plain yogurt
Mix the flour, salt, and parsley until blended.
Rub the butter into dry ingredients and form a dough with yogurt.
Cut the dough into 12 Balls.
Flatten with hand on a greased baking tray and bake in 180C / 350F in a preheated oven for ±15 minutes.
When cold slice it through the center and fill with any filling of your choice and you can also add some lovely and healthy salad with your filling.
Cooked Chicken, shredded and mixed with spices and mayonnaise to your liking.
Pile up high with sliced tomato and lettuce.
