The best way how to prepare green banana curry, the Indian style!
Ingredients

- 5 green bananas
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 green chilies
- 2 dry chilies
- Pinch mustard seeds
- Pinch jeera seeds (Cumin seeds)
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Curry leaves
- Salt
Instructions
- Peel and slice banana, drop it in a bowl of turmeric water.
- Fry onion in some oil, add chilies.
- Add mustard and jeera. (Cumin seeds)
- Add ginger and garlic.
- Add banana, tomatoes, curry leaves, salt, and a little hot water.
- Cook on medium heat and keep adding little hot water so it doesn’t stick.
- Cook until the banana is soft, which should take about 20 minutes.
