  1. Peel and slice banana, drop it in a bowl of turmeric water.
  2. Fry onion in some oil, add chilies.
  3. Add mustard and jeera. (Cumin seeds)
  4. Add ginger and garlic.
  5. Add banana, tomatoes, curry leaves, salt, and a little hot water.
  6. Cook on medium heat and keep adding little hot water so it doesn’t stick.
  7. Cook until the banana is soft, which should take about 20 minutes.
