Description
An awesome prawn and mushroom sauce meal with lots of garlic and cheese. Oh so delicious, rich, in a homemade marinade and sauce.

- 500g cleaned, deveined, and washed Prawns
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme and rosemary
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp masala
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 packet of Knorr mushroom sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter or garlic butter
- Β± 250g Grated cheese (large handful or more)
Instructions
- Clean, devein, and washed Prawns
- Prepare a marinade with Salt, Pepper, Thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, chopped garlic, and masala.
- Add to the prawns and refrigerate for an hour.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan and add the prawns and cook for 5 minutes on each side, then remove from the butter and set aside.
- Slice the Mushroom and cooked for 5 minutes in butter with a pinch of salt
- Prepare the Cream
- Melt butter in a pot and add mushroom sauce powder, and stir until combined.
- Add cream, stir until it thickens and then add the mushroom and prawns.
- Stir well and add a handful of grated cheese.
- Blend and mix and then remove from stove.
- Enjoy these super delicious creamy prawns in a delicious homemade sauce with mushrooms.
