These muffins are super simple and quick to make. They come out soft and tasty, perfect for a snack or breakfast.

- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- A handful of dried cranberries
Instructions
- Mix everything in a bowl with a spoon for about two minutes.
- Spray your muffin tin to stop sticking.
- Spoon the batter into the tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake in a hot oven at 230°C (445°F) for 10 to 12 minutes until they turn golden.
