Easy Nutella Mousse that’s quick and light

Description

This is one of those desserts that’s almost too easy to call a recipe.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250 ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar (taste and adjust)
  • 3-4 tbsp Nutella (add more if you’re a Nutella lover)
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until it starts to thicken.
  2. While whipping, slowly add the sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the Nutella with a spatula until smooth and streak-free. Don’t overmix or it’ll lose fluffiness.
  4. Spoon mousse into small glasses or bowls.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes and let it set
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes:

  • Taste as you go. Nutella is already sweet, so you might want less sugar.
  • Try layering crushed cookies at the bottom for extra texture (optional)
