Description
At the kid’s request, Rochelle made a batch of these Easy Vegetable Steamed Dumplings and they loved it and devoured it in record time.

Dumpling Filling
- 500g Ground Meat (chicken/pork) or Vegetable of your choice
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal/Chili Sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Dumpling Pastry
- Mix to form a soft dough
- Roll out dough into small disc shapes.
- Fill with the meat/veg mixture, seal edges with water and crimp.
- Steam for about 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!!
Dumpling Filling
- Sauté meat/ veg, ginger, and garlic till soft.
- Allow cooling then add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
