At the kid’s request, I made a batch of these Easy Vegetable Steamed Dumplings and they loved it and devoured it in record time.

Description

At the kid’s request, Rochelle made a batch of these Easy Vegetable Steamed Dumplings and they loved it and devoured it in record time.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • Cold water

Dumpling Filling


Instructions

Dumpling Pastry

  1. Mix to form a soft dough
  2. Roll out dough into small disc shapes.
  3. Fill with the meat/veg mixture, seal edges with water and crimp.
  4. Steam for about 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!!

Dumpling Filling

  1. Sauté meat/ veg, ginger, and garlic till soft.
  2. Allow cooling then add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
