Mixed frozen berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
Natural Balkan Style Yoghurt
Coconut Milk
Papaya
Carrot juice
Protein powder

Mix all the above in the quantities you prefer.
Blend and enjoy immediately.
