Description
Super easy, quick, and truly out of this world delicious meatballs with a
slight and delicious Rosemary flavor.
Fresh rosemary is more flavorful than the dried versions but adding it to your diet is pretty straightforward and simple. Sprinkle the herb over your potatoes and you would roast them as you usual. Another option would be to scatter rosemary over a grilled steak or pork chop just before eating it, or as in this case, mix it into the minced beef.
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 750g minced beef
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Mix all the ingredient together and then shape into meatballs.
Cook the meatballs, a few at a time, in a saucepan over medium heat until they are golden-brown on all sides.
Allow any fat to drain off on to kitchen paper.
