Description

Not only is Fat Head dough fabulous, delicious, and low carb. It is wheat-free, grain-free, and better than any regular dough you will ever taste – the Fat Head dough is seriously amazing!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup almond flour plus extra for combining and adjusting the texture
  • 3-4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup cheese grated (optional for the top)

Instructions

Garlic butter

¼ cup butter
3 cloves garlic grated
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley

Mix the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave bowl.

Microwave on high for 2 mins. Stir well.

If completely melted then add the rest of the ingredients and combine to form a soft dough.

Use a wooden spoon. This takes time, keep going.

Shape the dough into a loaf and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Score the loaf with a knife, making markings where you will slice it.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine the garlic butter ingredients and brush over the top.

Bake at 160C for 10 mins then lightly score the bread again, making sure the markings are pronounced.

Bake further till the loaf is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and cool completely before slicing and serving.

Reheat before serving.
