Fresh Mango Salsa, made with only 6 basic ingredients. It’s super easy and delicious and worth a try.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Large Ripe Mango
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 23 Tomatoes
  • 1 Bunch Mint
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Dice all the ingredients to roughly the same size.
  2. Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  3. Squeeze over the lime juice.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped mint before serving.
