Fresh Mango Salsa, made with only 6 basic ingredients. It’s super easy and delicious and worth a try.
Ingredients
- 1 Large Ripe Mango
- 1 Red Onion
- 2–3 Tomatoes
- 1 Bunch Mint
- 2 Jalapenos
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Instructions
- Dice all the ingredients to roughly the same size.
- Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
- Squeeze over the lime juice.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
- Sprinkle with chopped mint before serving.
