- Shrimp (peeled + deveined)
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Butter
- Olive oil or grape seed oil
- Chili flakes or red pepper flakes
- Optional: microgreens + lemon juice to finish
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in a bit of oil until golden and fragrant.
- Toss in chili flakes and a spoonful of butter.
- Add the shrimp, cook just 2–3 minutes over medium-high heat. They turn pink fast.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the top and finish with a handful of microgreens if you like.
- This dish loves a crisp glass of Riesling and makes any night feel a little more special.
