Units Scale


  1. Mix the eggs, oil, vinegar, and zucchini.
  2. Add the coconut flour, salt, parsley, garlic powder, baking soda, and baking powder and combine.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Sprinkle with dried parsley.
  5. Bake at 250C / 475F for ± 20-25 minutes.
  6. The bread will be brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Allow cooling completely before cutting.
