Chicken Souvlaki
- 4-6 Chicken Breasts/Thighs (cubed)
Marinade
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3-4 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Chicken Souvlaki
- Allow chicken to sit in the marinade for about 40-45 minutes then thread onto skewers.
- Cook on a hot grill or in the oven.
Olive Flatbread
- Mix the yeast and sugar into the warm water.
- Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes until it foams.
- Mix flour and salt then pour it into the yeast mixture, oil, and milk.
- Add in the chopped olives and stir well until a soft dough is formed.
- Add more water if needed at this stage.
- Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
- Place in an oiled bowl and cover, allow to rise in a warm spot for an hour.
- Once risen, divide into smaller pieces and roll out.
- Cook in a hot pan.
- Serve with the skewers and enjoy.
