Description

Flaky fish baked in a rich, tangy blue cheese sauce, quick, simple, and packed with bold flavor.

Ingredients

  • Hake fillets (or any white fish you like)
  • Butter
  • Fish spice
  • Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
  • Crushed garlic (as much as you like)
  • Blue cheese salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Turn on your oven’s grill setting.
  2. Add a bit of butter to an oven-safe tray and pop it in the oven to melt.
  3. Take it out, stir in the garlic, and slide it back in for about a minute to get the flavor going.
  4. Lay the fish in the tray, then season with fish spice, salt, and a little lemon juice.
  5. Grill the fish until almost doneβ€”tender but still juicy.
  6. Pour over the blue cheese dressing and put it back under the grill for 2–5 minutes, just until it bubbles and browns a little.

That’s it. Creamy, savory, and ready to impress, this dish turns any dinner into a treat.
