Hake (Or any white fish of your choice)
Butter
Fish Spice
Lemon Juice (Fresh or Bottle)
Garlic crushed (To your taste)
Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
Put your oven on grill, put some butter in an oven tray and place in oven to melt, remove and put garlic in and return to oven for a minute, remove tray from oven place the fish and sprinkle fish spice, salt and a little lemon juice and return to oven to cook. When the fish is just about cooked remove from oven and smother with Blue Cheese dressing and return to oven for 2 to 5 minutes.
