- 250 g steak
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves fresh grated garlic
- Aromat (all-purpose savory seasoning)
- Robertson Steak and Chops spice
- Robertson Traditional Braai mix
- 2 teaspoon Corn starch, Maize Starch, or Corn Flour (Maizena)
- 30 ml of water
Instructions
- Braise onion in oil. add cubed steak.
- Add garlic and above spices and cook until soft and succulent.
- Lastly, make a paste with cornflour and water, then remove it from the stovetop when the sauce thickens.
- 24 Round butter pastry shells
- Put filling in the center and fold over like a half-moon and cut 1 slit in the center and sealed well.
- Brush over with well-beaten egg and sprinkle assorted seeds over it.
- Chia seeds, sesame seeds, and colored sesame seeds
- Bake for 26min @ 180 C / 350F until golden brown.
