- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 cups digestive bran
- 2 cups milk
- 125g seedless raisins
- 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups white flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth, then mix in the oil.
- Stir in everything else until well combined.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
