The Healthy Classic 30-day Muffin Mix recipe means no stress for muffin lovers


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 cups digestive bran
  • 2 cups milk
  • 125g seedless raisins
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth, then mix in the oil.
  2. Stir in everything else until well combined.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
