Description
This is one of those toss-it-together recipes that somehow feels a bit fancy in the morning. It thickens up overnight and lands somewhere between pudding and a soft oat bowl, but lighter.
Ingredients

Scale
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Siggi vanilla yogurt (or Greek Yogurt if you prefer that)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a jar or small container, add 1/2 cup hemp hearts, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup Siggi vanilla yogurt, and 1 tsp maple syrup (or any other sweetener of choice).
- Stir really well, making sure the chia seeds aren’t clumping at the bottom. I usually give it a second stir after a minute, once things settle.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight so the chia seeds and hemp hearts can thicken everything up.
- Before serving, give it a quick stir and top with 1/4 cup mixed berries or whatever you’ve got on hand.
- Add a splash more almond milk if it’s thicker than you like.
