Description

Still have not made this, do yourself a HUGE favor and make it asap!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder
  • 125ml white vinegar
  • 125ml white sugar
  • 2tbsp syrup from peaches
  • 1 can of diced peaches

Instructions

Slowly sauté onions over low heat in a bit of oil until transparent but not browned.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the peaches.

Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens.

Then pour over peaches.

It is that simple!

And it is so delicious.

I used mostly curry powder with just a dash of garam masala, and a bit less sugar than the recipe called for.

It is super tasty, and I imagine the flavor will intensify as it stands.
