Description
When you are diabetic but crave a sweet treat, you make your own Flipz (chocolate-covered pretzels) and roasted nut bark with both white & milk and no-sugar-added chocolate.

Chocolate Pretzels
- 350g Salted Baked Pretzels
- 2 cups White Chocolate Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Chocolate Bark
- 2 cups Salted Mixed Nuts
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate Pieces
- 2 cups White Chocolate Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
Chocolate Pretzels
- Melt chocolate then you will stir in the coconut oil and mix till smooth and silky.
- Lay pretzels on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Spoon the chocolate over each pretzel until fully covered.
- Place in the freezer till set.
- Store in an airtight jar and enjoy!!
Chocolate Bark
- Lay nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until it starts to slightly brown.
- Melt the chocolate and stir in the coconut oil.
- Roughly chop up the nuts and add to the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and spread to your desired thickness.
- Place in a freezer to set till firm.
- Remove from the freezer once set and turn out, break into pieces, and store in
an airtight jar.
