Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 kilo sausage of your choice (I do not remove from casing)
- 2 rolls of Puff pastry
- Cheese, optional
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Fry the sausages for 10 minutes in very little oil
- Remove, allow to cool
- Cut up into the size of your choice
- Cut pastry, sprinkle with dried mixed herbs
- Sprinkle little cheese
- Place a piece of sausage
- Wrap gently
- Seal edges
- Brush with egg
- Sprinkle with more dried spices
- Refrigerate 30 mins
- Bake at 200C / 400F until golden brown
- Enjoy
