- 600 g lamb pieces marinated with a few shakes of
- Salt
- Black pepper
- BBQ spice
- Thyme and a splash of
- Soy or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 potatoes quartered
- 1/4 cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp braising spice
- Piece of cinnamon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tbsp cubed butter
Instructions
- Set Instant Pot to saute.
- Add some oil.
- Add onion and seeds, braising spice, and cinnamon.
- Sautè until the onion is soft.
- Add meat and garlic and braise until color changes.
- Add stock.
- Cancel and turn to pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
- Cancel and quick release.
- Add the potatoes, then sprinkle with some Aromat and black pepper, then add
the cabbage. - Add butter and also sprinkle with Aromat and black pepper.
- Pressure cook for another 7 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
