Description
Quick jalapeño sauce with garlic and mayo makes every meal exciting. Ready in ten minutes or less.

- 1 fresh jalapeño chili (seeded for mild, keep seeds for spicy)
- 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise (regular or light)
- 2 tbsp water (add more if too thick)
- 2 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove crushed and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning, more salt for balance, more vinegar for tang.
- If too thick, blend in an extra splash of water.
- Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
