Description

Quick jalapeño sauce with garlic and mayo makes every meal exciting. Ready in ten minutes or less.


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh jalapeño chili (seeded for mild, keep seeds for spicy)
  • 1 3/4 cups mayonnaise (regular or light)
  • 2 tbsp water (add more if too thick)
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove crushed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust seasoning, more salt for balance, more vinegar for tang.
  4. If too thick, blend in an extra splash of water.
  5. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
