Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 80 g sliced Avocado 1 small
  • 50 g raw Bacon
  • 35 g chopped Lettuce (1/2 cup)
  • 75 g sliced Cucumber (1/2 small)
  • 1 dash of Salt
  • 1 dash of Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut, remove the pit, slice, and peel the Avocado
  2. Wrap each avocado slice in bacon, cutting the bacon if needed.
  3. Place on the baking sheet, seam side down (if you do it in the oven at 425F for ±10 minutes). Repeat with remaining and place onto the baking sheet.
  4. I prefer to use the air fryer oven and bake it at 400°F/205°C.
  5. Place it in a silicon tray as it’s less messy to clean up. Feel free to place it directly on the tray.
  6. Bake for ±11-13 minutes, or until bacon becomes crisp and to your liking.
  7. Serve with lettuce and cucumber, or even celery on the side.
  8. If you prefer, season with salt and ground black pepper. Enjoy!
