- 80 g sliced Avocado 1 small
- 50 g raw Bacon
- 35 g chopped Lettuce (1/2 cup)
- 75 g sliced Cucumber (1/2 small)
- 1 dash of Salt
- 1 dash of Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cut, remove the pit, slice, and peel the Avocado
- Wrap each avocado slice in bacon, cutting the bacon if needed.
- Place on the baking sheet, seam side down (if you do it in the oven at 425F for ±10 minutes). Repeat with remaining and place onto the baking sheet.
- I prefer to use the air fryer oven and bake it at 400°F/205°C.
- Place it in a silicon tray as it’s less messy to clean up. Feel free to place it directly on the tray.
- Bake for ±11-13 minutes, or until bacon becomes crisp and to your liking.
- Serve with lettuce and cucumber, or even celery on the side.
- If you prefer, season with salt and ground black pepper. Enjoy!
