- 4 eggs (or however many are needed to make it sloppy)
- 250g leftover bacon, fried up (feel free to use any filling)
- 1 cup of cheese of your choice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Spoon it into muffin pans and bake at 180C/350F for roughly 20 minutes until the tops start to brown
