Experience the taste and flavors of Leftover Mashed Potato Quiches


Ingredients

  • 23 cups mashed potatoes
  • 4 eggs (or however many are needed to make it sloppy)
  • 250g leftover bacon, fried up (feel free to use any filling)
  • 1 cup of cheese of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Spoon it into muffin pans and bake at 180C/350F for roughly 20 minutes until the tops start to brown
