Description

Marbled Jelly Cubes are playful, colourful, and coated in creamy condensed milk. They are perfect for kids’ snacks, parties, or a simple treat to brighten any day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 x 395 grams can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 x 85g packet Original Lemon jelly
  • 1 x 85g packet Original Orange jelly
  • 1 x 85g packet Original Lime jelly
  • 1 x 85g packet Original Strawberry jelly
  • 1 x 85g packet Original Berry Blue jelly

Instructions

  1. Pour each packet of Original Strawberry, Lime, Orange, and Berry Blue jelly crystals into 4 separate mixing bowls.
  2. Add 1 cup boiling water to each and stir for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Let the little ones help, but give it a final stir yourself to make sure it’s completely smooth.
  3. Spray four shallow 15x15cm containers with cooking oil or lightly grease with a brush.
  4. Pour each dissolved jelly into a separate container.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Once fully chilled, you can cover them if you like.
  6. Once set, cut the jellies into small cubes.
  7. Toss them randomly into a 9×13-inch pan lined with plastic wrap (leave wrap hanging over sides for easy removal).
  8. Dissolve 2 packets of Original Lemon jelly in 1.5 cups boiling water, stirring about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  9. Pour in 395g can sweetened condensed milk and mix gently. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  10. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the cubed jellies in the pan.
  11. Stir gently to make sure all the cubes are coated and distributed evenly. Smooth the surface.
  12. Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
  13. Lift the jelly out using the plastic wrap (you might need an extra pair of hands).
  14. Cut into your preferred cube size.
  15. Carefully remove the wrap from under the cubes as you go.
