*** Use only Aeroplane jelly brand because I haven’t used any other brand besides it***
***Buy the colours /flavours as in ingredients for its taste and appearance sake***
***Invest in (4) 15cmx15cm shallow containers (with lids)…(as you will keep making this)***
***Invest in a ceramic or glass (9×13) inch pan (you don’t have to line them)***
Ingredients
• 1 x 395 grams can Sweetened condensed milk
• 2 x 85g packet Original Lemon jelly
• 1 x 85g packet Original Orange jelly
• 1 x 85g packet Original Lime jelly
• 1 x 85g packet Original Strawberry jelly
• 1 x 85g packet Original Berry Blue jelly
Method
1). POUR into 4 separate mixing bowls, the Original Strawberry, Lime, Orange & Berry Blue jelly crystals. Add 1 cup of boiling water to each bowl and stir jellies until completely dissolved (approx 2 mins). Get kidlettes to stir but you do final stirring to be sure its dissolved. Put aside to cool for 10 mins (do step 2 while waiting).
2). SPRAY the 4 separate shallow containers with cooking oil spray or manually apply oil on each ones inside and pour each dissolved jelly flavour into a separate container. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. You can cover it (if you want) once it is fully chilled.
3). ONCE Jellies are set, cut into small cubes and randomly place into a 13 x 9 inch pan, lined with plastic wrap (leave wrap hanging off both sides for easier removal later).
4). COMBINE the 2 packets of Original Lemon Jelly Crystals with 1.5 cup boiling water and mix to completely dissolve (approx 2 mins). Pour in 395g can of Sweetened condensed milk and mix. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
5). POUR over condensed milk mixture and stir gently to distribute cubes. Make sure all cubes are covered with mixture. Smooth surface. Refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
5). UNMOULD jelly from pan by lifting out the wrap (might need an extra pair of adult hands) and cut into desired size cubes (carefully remove the wrap from under as it might have been cubed as well 😉
………………………………………….and serve. ENJOY!
