  • 2 cans middle-cut fish, drained, cleaned, washed
  • 2 grated tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 2 chopped garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp masala of your choice
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Fry onion, garlic, and bay leaf in little oil.
  2. Add turmeric and masala, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes, chilies, paste, curry leaves, and salt.
  4. Allow tomatoes to cook.
  5. Add fish and eggs.
  6. Cook at low temperature for about 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with dhania
