- 2 cans middle-cut fish, drained, cleaned, washed
- 2 grated tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 2 chopped garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp masala of your choice
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Salt
- Curry leaves
Recipe for Roti
Instructions
- Fry onion, garlic, and bay leaf in little oil.
- Add turmeric and masala, ginger, and garlic.
- Add tomatoes, chilies, paste, curry leaves, and salt.
- Allow tomatoes to cook.
- Add fish and eggs.
- Cook at low temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with dhania
