Moumita’s High Protein, Colorful Salad

Ingredients
1 Carrot- blanched & cubed.
1 Beetroot- blanched & cubed.
1 cucumber – peeled & cubed.
1 tomato – cubed.
100gms of Cottage cheese- cubed & fried.
100 gms of mushrooms – cut in small pieces, fried.
2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
2 teaspoons of Honey.
Few curry leaves- fried / fresh coriander leaves.

Method.
Toss all the ingredients with lemon juice & honey.
Add rock salt as per taste.
Garnish with curry leaves / coriander leaves.
