Description

If you’re tired of boring breakfasts or skipping meals, this Oatmeal Smoothie is about to change your morning game. It’s packed with oats, creamy yogurt, frozen berries, and just the right touch of sweetness from apple and cranberries. Bonus: it keeps you full for hours and takes almost no effort in the morning.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 25ml dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup milk (plus an extra 1/2 cup for blending)
  • 25ml apple purée or apple sauce
  • A pinch of cinnamon (about 1ml)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 5ml Goji berries

Instructions

The night before:

  1. Combine the oats, cranberries, 2/3 cup of milk, and apple purée in a container.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning:

  1. Toss the soaked oat mix into a blender.
  2. Add cinnamon, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, Goji berries, and the remaining ½ cup milk.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy it cold.
