Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 25ml dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup milk (plus an extra 1/2 cup for blending)
- 25ml apple purée or apple sauce

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 5ml Goji berries
Instructions
The night before:
- Combine the oats, cranberries, 2/3 cup of milk, and apple purée in a container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
