Cake

  1. In a bowl sift dry ingredients besides the baking powder.
  2. Make a well and add eggs, essence, oil, and buttermilk, and mix with a whisk or electric beater. add coffee and mix.
  3. Lastly add baking powder and mix.
  4. Pour into a lined pan and bake at 180C degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing

  1. In a pan melt butter and chocolate on low heat.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well.
