Description

A quick and very tasty meal for two with minimal work and time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 pork chops (Deboned) but if you prefer feel free to use with bone in.
  • 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 /4 cup freshly finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian spices/seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Aromat
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. On a plate combine the last 6 ingredients, everything except chops and oil.
  2. Rub the pork chops with oil and then coat each one in the above-crumbed cheese mixture.
  3. Press the mixture firmly onto the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.
  4. Use all the crumb/parmesan mixture and pack it on the meat as best you can.
  5. Line a baking/cookie tray with tinfoil and liberally spray it with cooking spray.
  6. Place the pork chops in the pan on the tin foil and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Turn the chops and bake/broil the other side as well.
  8. We served it with steamed courgettes and sauteed onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
