Description
A quick and very tasty meal for two with minimal work and time in the kitchen.

- 2 pork chops (Deboned) but if you prefer feel free to use with bone in.
- 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 /4 cup freshly finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian spices/seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Aromat
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- On a plate combine the last 6 ingredients, everything except chops and oil.
- Rub the pork chops with oil and then coat each one in the above-crumbed cheese mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly onto the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.
- Use all the crumb/parmesan mixture and pack it on the meat as best you can.
- Line a baking/cookie tray with tinfoil and liberally spray it with cooking spray.
- Place the pork chops in the pan on the tin foil and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
- Turn the chops and bake/broil the other side as well.
- We served it with steamed courgettes and sauteed onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
