Crispy baked Peri-Peri Chicken Wings that beat takeout any day
Ingredients

- 14 chicken wings, washed and dried
- 3 tsp garlic and chili paste
- 3 tbsp Portuguese Peri-Peri Rub
- 2 fresh chilies, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh coriander and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the rub, garlic chili paste, chopped chilies, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add wings and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Heat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with foil.
- Bake wings for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway.
- They’re done when golden and crisp, and the meat reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
- Garnish with coriander, serve with lemon wedges, and add a side dip like garlic mayo or peri-peri sauce.
