14 chicken wings washed and dried
3 tsp garlic and chilli paste
3 tbsp Portuguese Peri Peri Rub ( Cape Herb & Spice ) or any other suitable Rub for chicken
2 chillis chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
No salt added as the Rub has salt in
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and coat with the marinate. Refrigerate for 1 hour or longer if you have the time
Preheat oven to 190 C place wings on a baking tray lined with tin foil. Roast for 35 to 40 mins until done, garnish with chopped fresh coriander and lemon wedges.
