Description
My homemade version of the beloved Philly cheesesteak sandwich is Thinly sliced pieces of beef, peppers, onion, and melted cheese in a long sub roll, yumminess!!

- 350g Ribeye/Sirloin Steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Large Onion
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Provolone Cheese
- Homemade Cheese Sauce
- Sub Rolls
Instructions
- Cook the steak and set it aside.
- Cook the onion and peppers, add the steak back to the pan together with the peppers.
- Season and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
- Split the rolls, line with provolone cheese then place under the grill for a few seconds until the cheese melts slightly.
- Remove and fill with steak then top with cheese sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!!
