- 2 Cans Chickpeas (drain & save liquid)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers (deseeded)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (cubed)
- Garnish: Olive Oil & Paprika
Instructions
- Place the chickpeas into the food processor then add in the lemon juice, garlic, pineapple, pepper, olive oil, salt & tahini.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour in some of the reserved liquid from the chickpeas while blending if the mixture becomes too thick.
- Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with a drizzling of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
