- 340g packet of cooked prawns
- 10 asparagus spears
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 punnet sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 courgette/zucchini
- 20-25 fresh pea pods
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- Spices: A dash of basil, thyme, and rosemary
- ± 10-15ml soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut all veggies into bite-size pieces
- Use a large skillet, add some butter or margarine (your choice), and stir fry in the following order:
Mushrooms and garlic – set aside - Asparagus and peppers.
- Add ± 10-15ml soy sauce.
- When nearly done add the peas and zucchini for a minute or two – add mushrooms
- Fry the prawns.
- Once done, add spices and then toss back together in the skillet, and warm through.
- Serve immediately.
