Description

Ingredients

  • 340g packet of cooked prawns
  • 10 asparagus spears
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 punnet sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 courgette/zucchini
  • 20-25 fresh pea pods
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • Spices: A dash of basil, thyme, and rosemary
  • ± 10-15ml soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut all veggies into bite-size pieces
  2. Use a large skillet, add some butter or margarine (your choice), and stir fry in the following order:
    Mushrooms and garlic – set aside
  3. Asparagus and peppers.
  4. Add ± 10-15ml soy sauce.
  5. When nearly done add the peas and zucchini for a minute or two – add mushrooms
  6. Fry the prawns.
  7. Once done, add spices and then toss back together in the skillet, and warm through.
  8. Serve immediately.
