- 4 cups cake flour
- plus, 1/2 cup of cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 10 g instant yeast
- 250 ml of milk
- 250 ml boil water
- 125 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Sieve flour add sugar, salt, garlic powder, and yeast and mix.
- add all the liquids to dry ingredients, mix well to form a soft dough.
- Pat oil on top of the dough and set aside to rise for 1 hour.
- Grease a baking tray with oil.
- Make rolls by cutting pieces of dough and shaping as desired.
- Place shape rolls in a greased tray and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a ThermofanΒ oven for 17 minutes/convection oven 20 mins or more until golden brown.
- rush soon after taken out of the oven with Parmalat garlic and parsley butter OR Make your own garlic butter ( 125 g melted butter with 2 cloves garlic grated)
- Remove rolls and let it cool off on a cooler rack

- For nuggets
- Cut chicken fillet in nugget size
- Spice with chicken seasoning and peri-peri Aromat.
- Dip in egg and coat in Southern-fried coating of Packo.
- Bake in the oven till golden brown on 180Β°C
- Add sliced ring roast potato and rocket lettuce to nugget roll.
