Instructions

  1. Sieve flour add sugar, salt, garlic powder, and yeast and mix.
  2. add all the liquids to dry ingredients, mix well to form a soft dough.
  3. Pat oil on top of the dough and set aside to rise for 1 hour.
  4. Grease a baking tray with oil.
  5. Make rolls by cutting pieces of dough and shaping as desired.
  6. Place shape rolls in a greased tray and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a ThermofanΒ oven for 17 minutes/convection oven 20 mins or more until golden brown.
  8. rush soon after taken out of the oven with Parmalat garlic and parsley butter OR Make your own garlic butter ( 125 g melted butter with 2 cloves garlic grated)
  9. Remove rolls and let it cool off on a cooler rack
  10. Enjoy this super soft yummy tasty roll with chicken fillet, braised steak, or any dish of your choice.
  11. For nuggets
  12. Cut chicken fillet in nugget size
  13. Spice with chicken seasoning and peri-peri Aromat.
  14. Dip in egg and coat in Southern-fried coating of Packo.
  15. Bake in the oven till golden brown on 180Β°C
  16. Add sliced ring roast potato and rocket lettuce to nugget roll.
