These Easy Quick Garlic Rolls with Chicken are perfect for your Sunday dinner or holiday table or just for an afternoon snack!
Quick Garlic Rolls with Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 Cups cake flour
- plus, ½ cup of cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1½ tablespoon sugar
- 10 g instant yeast
- 250 ml of milk
- 250 ml boil water
- 125 ml olive oil
Instructions
Sieve flours add sugar, salt, garlic powder, and yeast and mix.
add all the liquids to dry ingredients, mix well to form a soft dough.
Pat oil on top of the dough and set aside to rise for 1 hour.
Grease a baking tray with oil.
Make rolls by cutting pieces of dough and shaping as desired.
Place shape rolls in a greased tray and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in a Thermofan oven for 17 minutes/convection oven 20 mins or more until golden brown.
rush soon after taken out of the oven with Parmalat garlic and parsley butter OR Make your own garlic butter ( 125 g melted butter with 2 cloves garlic grated)
Remove rolls and let it cool off on a cooler rack
Enjoy this super soft yummy tasty roll with chicken fillet, braised steak, or any dish of your choice.
For nuggets
Cut chicken fillet in nugget size
Spice with chicken seasoning and peri-peri Aromat.
Dip in egg and coat in Southern-fried coating of Packo.
Bake in the oven till golden brown on 180°C
Add sliced ring roast potato and rocket lettuce to nugget roll.
