Description

Roasted Avocado Slices take just minutes to make and work with almost any meal. A little olive oil, a shake of paprika, and a quick roast is all it takes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Avocado per person (or if you prefer slices)
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200C.
  2. Cut the avocado either into slices or lengthwise in half.
  3. Paint some olive oil over the avocado with a kitchen paint brush and season with paprika, and or any spices you prefer.
  4. Roast for Β±10 minutes and then place under the grill just to get a nice toasty color.
  5. Allow them to cool, but serve them warm.
