Description
Roasted Avocado Slices take just minutes to make and work with almost any meal. A little olive oil, a shake of paprika, and a quick roast is all it takes.
Ingredients

- 1/2 Avocado per person (or if you prefer slices)
- Olive Oil
- Paprika, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 200C.
- Cut the avocado either into slices or lengthwise in half.
- Paint some olive oil over the avocado with a kitchen paint brush and season with paprika, and or any spices you prefer.
- Roast for Β±10 minutes and then place under the grill just to get a nice toasty color.
- Allow them to cool, but serve them warm.
