Sunday brunch is a delicious Galette is a free-form pastry that has either a sweet or savory filling and is super delicious!


  • 1 Roll Puff Pastry
  • 1 Tub Cream Cheese
  • Cubed Feta
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Broccolini
  • Cubed Ham
  • Chopped Red Onion


  1. Lightly roll out the puff pastry.
  2. Place on a baking sheet spread the cream cheese on the bottom then add
    in the fillings.
  3. Fold over the edges, brush with beaten egg and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden on the edges.
  4. Enjoy!!
