Savory Pancake with Chicken Mushrooms and Cheese, enjoy them any time of the day, in the morning, in the evening, or at suppertime

Pancake mix
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml Cake flour
- 1 cup water
- 125 ml cup of fresh milk
- 2 teaspoon soft butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Savory Pancake Filling – Chicken, spinach, and cheese
- 2 chicken fillets cut in cubes
- Spice with chicken seasonings and salt
- 1/2 packet sliced mushrooms
- Shredded spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon creamy chicken soup powder OR Maizena (cornstarch)
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
Method for Pancake
- Beat with a beater & let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Fry in a greased non-stick pan until brown.
- Put in the chicken filling in a pancake topped with grated cheese and roll up.
- Serve warm.
Method for Filling
- Stir-fry chicken in a little oil.
- Add mushrooms and spinach.
- Add salt and black ground pepper.
- Make a paste of soup powder or Maizena with the milk and add to the above chicken.
- Add grated Gouda cheese.
