These Semolina Fego Biscuits are perfect for tea time, snack time, or any time you’re craving a delicious treat. Don’t settle for the ordinary when you can experience the extraordinary!

- 250g Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 cup Semolina
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together until pale in color then pour in the oil and mix well.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
- Break off small pieces of dough and roll them into a ball, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten each ball gently with a fork to create the markings.
- Bake at 180C / 350F for 10-15 minutes.
- Biscuits may be rolled in castor sugar after baking (optional).
